My name is Claudia I’m 25 and graduated in Stage Design at the “Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma”. As a 3D enthusiast, time ago I got the pleasure to assist to an interesting seminar on “Blender”, by Francesco Paglia … and now, I’m here to join the team for the third edition of Trickle Project. The use of 3D as an artistic medium has opened me new horizons and new expectations ….

Before this experience together with the other boys of Trickle, Tania, Sarah, Guido and Accursio, my training in the field of 3D was directed only to a design study, but today I am aware of the great possibilities that this tool can offer … the most important one among the many … giving emotions.

“Un Taglio Diverso” (A different cut) is the title of our short film and I was entrusted with the task of creating the color layout of the characters and environment, the textures of the characters, the lighting and shading … certainly a very challenging task but made ​​easier thanks to the help received from the boys of the Spark which goes all my gratitude for supporting me all this time.

At this time the project comes to an end and the curiosity of see our short end begin to grow … in addition to the lighting that I am going to finish, thanks to the great help of Francesco, I tackled the work of the compositing of some scenes … a very interesting job that requires a strong focus on all the details that complete the scene.

Hello everyone,
finally after a long pause, we’re back! … there have been many changes that have marked our path.

Our team initially consisted of five persons: Tania, Sarah, Claudia, Guido and Accursio. Currently we are in four to continue this adventure, giving life to our history and our characters. Unfortunately, after the summer holidays, Accursio left the group due to some personal reasons. We are eager now to let you know that from this week we resumed our work to complete the shortfilm. So that you can dive yourself for about 3 minutes to the wonderful world of Piero, Toto, Gilda and Sophia!

Ciao mi chiamo Guido,
sono un giovane 3D artist che da grande vorrebbe fare l’animatore.
Da un paio di mesi sono entrato a far parte della SparkDE con l’obiettivo di trasformare la mia passione in un lavoro vero e proprio!
Francesco mi ha proposto di entrare nel team della terza edizione del trickle project come modeler/rigger ed animatore e devo dire che la sfida mi ha coinvolto parecchio!
Assieme ad altre quattro persone: Accursio, Claudia, Sarah e Tania per tutto il mese di luglio abbiamo preparato lo script ed il design del nuovo corto. Il progetto è particolarmete stimolante il concept è molto semplice ed efficace: un flyer attraversa le vite di quattro personaggi per evolvere la sua funzione da oggetto di comunicazione ad elemento naturale.
Le premesse sono molto valide e guardando gli altri corti realizzati sin ora mi sembra una sfida particolarmente ambiziosa! Speriamo di riuscire nell’impresa! (sono rimasti solo due mesi – dopo la pausa di agosto c’è davvero tanto da fare)
